Everyone on the team, even in sports arena, does not get the publicity, but, their performance was essential to the outcome. Yes, it is just as true in business, as it is in sports, you cannot cross the finish line, cannot make that goal, cannot make that shot, cannot climb the ladder to success, without the support of your teammates! Even in such singularly one-on-one, or one-against-one sports as tennis, & golf, the championship win depends upon the training, and the emotional, as well as the financial support of others!
“ The size of your team, equals the size of your dream.” These words carry the recipe for success, for whatever endeavor you embark upon. Team members will come in all sizes, and from all walks of life. Some will be more skilled than others, some will have only a small amount of success, while others will have more, but they will all in some way, contribute to YOUR, bottom line!
The foundation for the team you are building, are the leaders you choose to do it with. They are your construction crew, and the materials they will build with are the tools, values, & training you and your parent company provide for them. Plus, the skills they bring with them when they join your team!
Values Are Passed On By Example: Hard work, patience, leadership participation, strong determination, continual, adequate support, staying current (knowing what is happening, and communicating it to your leaders) being a team player yourself, and COMMUNICATION, connect with your team regularly, because Interaction, Fuels Action! ·Training Is Also By

High Morale Is The Alpha, & The Omega Of Success! High Morale MAKES Things Happen! Conversely, Things Happen, & Therefore Morale Is High!
